Past Performance and Success

Convenience Store

The developer, CSC Properties out of Tampa, Florida, bought approximately 1.5 acres of land located on highway 92 in Cherokee County, GA for $850,000. The project involved the Cherokee Development Authority as well and presented many obstacles due to there being three parties involved, one of which being a county government authority.

Logistics, Distribution, and Warehousing

End user, Southeast Freight Lines (“SEF") in 2022, bought 85-farmland acres for $12 million. My client, with my guidance, took some of her proceeds and purchased additional lands utilizing a 1031 exchange, increasing her overall property values by 25% or more. 

Multi-Family

An Atlanta-based multi-family developer has gone under contract for a 20-acre parcel of undeveloped land in Northwest Barrow County. This site, which I had identified and solicited, will host a project akin to the esteemed South and Twenty—a 288-unit, $44 million development recently completed in Cartersville, GA.
